Tested my base dps with my Supreme Commander Greensteel Heavy Repeating Crossbow of Lightning, and I only seem to be doing the base damage; I am shooting my opponents well-within range, and have both feats. So far, the only damage boost I am seeing to my base damage, is from my Insightful Damage spell (testing Wizard 12, arti 6, rogue 2 build).

My Xbow has 1.50(1d10), and is +7 thanks to Battle Engineer adding to the damage. I am doing waaaaaay less than that. Even against those with Barbarian DR. In fact, as I am typing this, I just attacked a level 7 player blocking with a tower shield (not a named one, a random generated tower shield), and I am not getting ANY damage through with my ranged attacks.

I may be mistaken, but as far as I can tell, it's either not working at all, or it is not applying the bonuses correctly/consistently; at the least, I should be getting +2[w] or something. Please look into this... preferably before u15 rolls out to live - hoping I am mistaken, or that it's just a glitch from where I had just Lesser Reincarnated (used the apparently free one that was offered on lama). >.>
