Gear for Srocerer

I am a lvl 12 WF Sorcerer, about to hit 13. My gear isnt the best. What should I be looking for around my level gear wise ?

Crafting, dungeons or something that might be on AH

I am fire savant right now but im guessing people change over to water, as they get near 20 ish. I mostly solo right now.

What ever gear I can get will be an improvement.

The cloak of fire from the challenge pack is nice, as are the boots.

Abishai set from chrono is decent for a while, +1 evoc caster level is solid.

I usually use a combination of sands loot (torc, lion belt, bramble casters) and greensteel (minII hp, concop sp/cha skills and +5/+1 reflex/deathblock haste clickie).

Here is my layout I generally use:

helm: 5frost-11minos
necklace: 9 DB/11torc
cloak:5mantle/6flames
belt: 3 mod fort 11 lion
ring1: 1 +4 res 8 master artifice
ring2: 1 IFL 9 +6 cha w/ large slot
gloves:5 charged-11 bramble/GS minII hp
boots: 5 corrosion
bracers: 5scorched 11 haste/deathblock GS
docent: 1 invul 5 lifeshield invul 14 +10reflex
goggles: 11 GS concops
trinket: 5 ioun stone 14 blasting chime

Much of the raid loot won't be available to you (start running DQ as often as you can), but the chrono loot probably will. Make sure you have a spellpower item equipped for fire and your 2ndary element. If warforged, also a repair-boosting item. If fleshie, get your UMD up as fast as possible-a command item gives +3 cha skills and is craftable. Also a +6 charisma item. Fitting in a sp/hp (sp is priority) guild augment is good as well.

The iounstone won't be available for you either, so I recommend using fanion from the necro4 shieldpiece turnins-it is ML12 and also takes care of your greater false life.

Crafting can give you one piece. When I was at your level I made a Greater Evocation one hander, it requires Arcane Lvl 57.

A good item for a fire savant at lvl 12 is the Crystalline Scepter from the Madstone end chest. Combustion +78 and Evocation Focus.
