i wanted to report a bug on live but the system is failing all the time

When you enter the Vigor stance after tier 3 in Unyielding sentinel it should give you +100HP (50 from tier 0 and 50 from tier 3)

currently it's only giving +50HP

anyone else noticed this bug?
