Its funny ... I read about this in the release notes and thought that Turbine was trying real hard to find something that VIPs would see as a bonus. In my humble opinion, +10% movement in public places is no big deal.

Wizards and Sorcerers can teleport to areas and reach quest entrances faster. Do they seem to complain that you are too slow getting to quest entrances?

If this is an issue with you, I suggest taking a look at who you group with. Perhaps that is the true issue. 10% added public area run speed for VIPs =/= grouping issues.

It's a convenience mechanic and nothing more, if anything I find 10% to be rather lackluster.

If we can get a few more would be nice , I do like the perk but no way is it ptw ,
10% stacking movement in quest maybe could be considered that
but its not and doesn't change anything in quest like a dmg boost would lol
