As far as the poll, guild renown and Turbine actually doing what they say they are going to do or rewards working as intended, a very recent event "Build your Guild" How many returning players did not get the large guild bonus reward when reaching level (X) as posted per Event Rules. I also got a "we will get back to you on that." I still have not heard back.

Every chance I get, I will take the 5 seconds it takes to let Turbine know all the returning players I brought back to this game to get our guild some really cool bonus renown for the last Event and they did nothing.

That being said, I am sure we will have our 35% bonus xp soon, just not at the date stated. If not let my useless phone calls, and emails and bug reports continue with another added line to it.

Perhaps in the future you guys might want to make bonus days known ahead of time to prevent situations like this one. Simple posting on Monday that we would have the guild renown bonus starting today would have alleviated a lot of the concerns that people had this morning.

If the renown boost was +150% I along with many other still would have voted for the +35% heroic xp. Or why not have the bonus day and the players pool option stack for a nice +55%XP week long bonus.

Step 1: Turbine makes an easily confused statement; almost pointedly confusing because it would be so easy to be clear but they just don't even try.

Step 3: Turbine finally clarifies the statement with what could have easily been in the first statement.

Step 4: Turbine never, ever, not-even-once takes a look at the process they make a mess of every single time and in order to just avoid it in the future. It's like Turbine enjoys kicking the ant hill.
