Running around with the Drow Smoke Goggles on for the first time last night and never saw the manslayer effect go off. I have seen many monks recommend the Ring of the Stalker that has the same effect on it, so I have to assume that the effect itself is working with handwraps. Solid 3 hours of play against all kinds of humanoid targets and never saw a kill or the 100 dmg on target with more than 1k HP. Anyone else experiencing issues with the goggles?

far as everyone can tell, manslayer doesn't work with them.

Manslayer doesnt work even on my Ring of the Stalker when on my Monk
2 days now and never saw the effect go off on a mob

My Khopesh wielding monster gets no benefit from the Drow Smoke Goggles either.

Manslayer per the goggles does not work. period.
Manslayer per ring of the stalker does work. All melee and ranged, non spell, attacks.
