Took a look at their website and their forum ranking analytics. Most of the forums that are on the top of the list are either mobile development forums where users are already using mobile devices to view forums. Either that or the forums are a joke and they're trying to entice users to visit with mobile devices.

Yes it's free for the forum owner. That's the only benefit I see. The extreme negative benefit I see is branding loss. As the owner of multiple forums I'd run away from this as there's no way I'd pay someone for branding just to let users view my forums when they can already do it for free.
