Be nice if no auto fail on saves actually worked..

Pally with a 70+ fortitude save, level 3/3 dragonhide always in a twist or active. and yet I still get auto fails on 1's. anyone else getting the save with reflex/will save destiny abilities?

It's part of the game's ruleset. You always fail on a 1, you always succeed on a 20. The most agile of us don't always pay attention, and the most sluggish occasionally get lucky.

You apparently missed the part of the OP where he mentions destiny abilities, in particular dragonhide which does this:

Dragonhide: Passive Bonus: +[1/2/3] natural armor and +[2/4/6] fortitude saves. At rank 3 you no longer automatically fail fort save on a 1.

yeah. it's not even a matter of failing because 1+ my fort isnt enough.. it still auto fails..
