Knight of the Chalice builds

Hey all, I did a search and couldn't find much, and was curious if anyone had some suggestions for a KoC build. It would be my first pally and yes, I want KoC. I've looked over the other PrEs and they're not for me, though I do like them. Maybe I'll try them in the future, but first, KoC!

I have access to all content in every form as a Premium player. Didn't know if I wanted TWF or THF. Was thinking Human...or HOrc....or maybe even Elf....or Drow. Ah, screw it; I'm completely open to suggestions. I can easily get +2 tomes (they're like candy these days). You can throw out gear suggestions if you like.

Oh, and one more thing: pure build. Every time I use a class for the first time I go pure to really get a feel for what it has to offer.

This link is from a number of updates ago, but I think a lot of the build concepts and information are still very valid. Don't know if Junts still plays, but he certainly knows his stuff when it comes to paladins.

I might also suggest that you go Hunter of the Dead until you hit Vale. IIRC, the requirements for either PRC is in the enhancements, not stats.

Ah, yeah, I was seeing that; makes sense especially for Delera's. Thank you for the suggestion.

You'll be disappointed with KotC, even if you have the 3-piece bonus. The prestige revamp might change things, but that's a long way off.

I absolutely LOVED my KoTC before U-14. No fail heal scrolls, esos/claw set toon was so fun to play I did not chince on gear at all either put a lot of time and work into attaining best gear possible for him (imo) ...now that I dont run those quests at all anymore...the toons fun factor has tapered off for me. I built it as ****** DPS in these packs and now that I have all rings I need, Iplayed him a bit in MoTU and just felt watered down and immedietly shelved him again and focused on monk,barb,wizard. KoTC is fun they have potential but outside of outsider packs...they lose that intensity. I can literally feel it through the keyboard. Like a car that needs a serious tune up. Perhaps if I revisit him and get the destinies truly going it may improve..but after working 3 toons up to 11 fate points...I too have lost my intensity and find myself staring at the AH more than I am improving my characters but I digress...
