Default Stuck at Examine game data

So about a month ago, I decided to redownload DDO. I downloaded the Hi-Res and everything was going fine until I got to examine game data. Once there I get an unspecified patch error and it will go no further.

    Here is a little background:

I am running the exact same computer as I was last time I played and I never had this problem. The only exception is that my harddrive died and I had to get a new one, which is the exact same model as the last one. That being said, I'm on a fresh install of windows 7 64bit. From the exact same disc as last time. Windows is updated and I use Microsoft Security Essentials.

What I have tried so far:

Every last thing on the Tech Support Website. All the fixes that Turbine has posted were useless and a complete waste of time.

I contacted their tech support by email. Also turned out to be a complete waste of time. Not to mention that after about 4 emails they just all together stopped responding to me.

I have already contacted my internet provider and they have done nothing that would impede my download.

I completely deleted my anti-virus, and turned off firewall. Also didn't work.

I uninstalled and reinstalled. Didn't work.

I uninstalled, deleted all turbine folders and cleared the registry of all turbine entries. Then reinstalled using standard version. Didn't work.

Removed my patches and bindat folders and relaunched. Didn't work.

I am running administrator but thought i'd create a new one for the hell of it. Didn't work.

    Clean boot didn't work.

Power cycling my model also didn't work. As if it would...

Someone have any idea how to fix this problem. I have no issues downloading any other games/patches, launcher or not.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apparently I missed a registry file the first time around. I found one still listed and once I deleted it, I redownloaded the game and it seems to work fine now.

Please post a screenshot and copy of latest C:\Users\Vicious\AppData\Local\Turbine\Dungeons and Dragons Online\Launcher\Launcher_xxxx.txt file
