    Default Glancing Blows Toggle

The quantity of collared slaves in the new content reminds me of something I have desired in the past. I seek a toggle button, not unlike the 'Attack' or 'Rune Arm Attack' That would either enable or disable Glancing blows. I consistently decimate Collared Slaves who are hitting me from behind while eliminating slavers. Sleeping dust is another good example of a time where glancing blows are a significant handicap. There are surely other examples.

I seek the ability to toggle glancing blows.

Glancing blows are an inherent aspect of using a two handed weapon. If you don't want to deal with glancing blows in the one quest where you actually have to save slaves (for an optional) then just equip a 1 handed weapon for those fights.

I have to agree with this. One of my mains is built this way. I've been able to manage the collared slaves by a number of tricks even when wielding two-handed:

    1. Block until someone else in the party deals with the slaver.
    2. Kite stuff around a bit until you get your target off by itself.

You could also equip a one-handed item and do just fine. This isn't just a problem with two-handers though. Dual-wielders are also likely to encounter their off-hand attacks hitting unintentional targets.

You're in a situation where hitting everything around you isn't ideal, and you need to modify your attack strategy to compensate. In the same way that wizards should carry a variety of spells for different situations, melees should carry a variety of weapons for the same reason.
