Max Evoc DC?

Youll find spell pen a bigger issue then dc on implosion. EH needs about 40-45dc to land say 90% of instant kills but EE you need to be in the 65+dc range to not require neg levels or debuffs.
Spell pen sits about 43+ for no fail EH and about 55 for no fail EE.
As for the items I currently have three wisdom +8 items all just normal loot gen: a ring +8wisdom of spot 13 goggles +8 wisdom of +13 some unimportant skill and a +8 wisdom necklace of protection6
So any of those 3 item for the +8, +1 from litany and +3 insightful on armor.

Indeed, Spell Pen is a different fish that also needs to be fried. I believe it was shown that 58 was needed on EE for the Drow Priestesses while it was less clear what the number is for EH. Some said 38 as the CR was 20 less but then a recent hotfix/patch did mention making some EH quests a bit harder so I am not certain.
