Lost Pearl of Power X

I have dealt with a couple Admins and have reported a bug for the following, however, I feel as though my request is very simple and will not be dealt with by an Admin or through reporting a bug.

A few days ago I posted a Pearl of Power X to the Auction House, at approximately 2 AM. Later that day, at around 3 PM I checked the Auction House and was unable to find the Pearl in either the post tab or when searching for the item. I also checked my mailbox to be sure that it wasn't already sold, and it wasn't.

So, my simple request is a refund of my troubles.

If you're on thelanis give me your character name and I will send you one. As much as it's annoying
to lose a pearl of power X, I'm guessing the GM's/technical staff has more pressing issues atm.

They won't take the time to help those that lost hundreds of large shroud ingredients and epic scrolls, not to mention BTA once-in-a-lifetime pulled shards/seals so I doubt they will help you.

It sucks, but don't expect anything from customer service on this type of issue, ever.

There have been cases where lost ingredient bags have been recovered.........

Best bet is to call the live support # and see what they say.

I would not expect in-game admins to be the right place to go for such a thing.

And bug reporting is a tool to communicate bugs to the dev team, it is not a place I would use to expect a return communication.

I might file a ticket via the support site, but in your case I'd call. Think of how many reports they must get, including those who may be mistaken or may (sad to say) be outright making up a story. Such people do exist and I suspect there are more of them than we'd like to imagine.

I'd try, it can't hurt.
