Despite all the **** I said in my first post, I totally see this guys point, making the LFM leader pretty stupid, when I think about it. While what I said I still stick by, kind of, I now see it a bit different.

What kind of DPS Brute Force "tactician" is going to even WANT to run a VoD? I mean, VoD is kind of dead, pointless for loot, and except for the chance at a tome (which fall at MUCH higher %s in the new epics, and some unbound) it just doesn't make sense.

First time XP, then that's it, for a real power gamer or brute force style person.

If you run it past that, especially inviting epic levels into the LFM, then you really just need to accept what you can get.

I'd rather take a competent player with 300 hp than an incompetent one with 1000. HP minimums set by LFM leaders don't weed out incompetents. They just advertise to the server who at least one of them is.

This is the nature of a significant portion of the community in this game.
No matter how easy it was before you had xyz, they'll almost always expect you to have xyz. It isn't just the ignorant masses either, I've seen reputable players, that have been around, practice this.

I haven't. I see the ignorant masses do this. The good players usually fill the party with whoever and go.

On my server, LFMs like this are pretty rare. People usually take whoever applies (with the exception of a few, who may or may not be mocked on some channels :P) for easy content like normal/hard VoD. For elite streak BB, expectations can be a bit higher sometimes, as some people take XP per minute quite seriously. On raids, though? Anything other than epic elite is just 11 and go.
