Default Want to do sell more Monster Manuals in the ddo store come U15?

Want to do sell more Monster Manuals in the ddo store come U15? Simple, then add some minor damage buffs to that type of monster as reward for reaching a certain milestone, I can almost guarantee you'll get quadruple sells because you add +3 damage, 7%spell damage, 10% damage while helpless etc to that type of mob.

    Sorry, but /Not Signed.

This would essentially obsolete the Ranger class.

Extra damage against specific types of mobs already exists.

    It's called Favoured Enemy.

If it stacked would it matter?

Not sure where you got that it would make rangers more obsolete, It will not impact the ranger negatively at all except boost their dps against said monster actually.

    Definitely not signed, ever.

How much fun will it be to feel you have to kill 10000 drow in order to get the extra +2 damage against Drow? Do you really think you'll enjoy running Casual VON3 20 times on a level 24 just to get 1000 of those kills?

What next? A +5 tome for your 200th completion of Waterworks?
    I don't have a zerging problem.

    I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.

    Will not happen:

Right now the only other type of reward is the odd store item (e.g. Jewel of Fortune).

I do appreciate the ideas for other rewards though!

You dont have to feel like killing 6,500 of that type of monster, it will eventually happend if you quest enough, its much better than leveling a epic destiny that is useless for a toon to get fate points.

It'd lose a lot of the charm to me. I like that it's a wacky side adventure instead of feeling obligatory like an unpleasant but powerful Past Life.

In Von 3 the breakables in the Troll Ambassador optional room are slow to get to and unnecessary for ransack.
