Ok, never seen this before. (Looted tons of EE chests and have multiple 21+ characters)(found in vendor second great find this month)

Seen alertness, but this is a step better and IMO pretty valuable.

Looking for what people would pay or trade for it.

Possibly will go up for trade depending on responses.

that can actually be a good find depending on ones build. if that was anywhere but the helm slot i wud go goo goo for it but thats my tanks min2 slot

Low demand, extremely low supply items are the hardest ones to price. (Think pre-Sands scroll trade in Scroll of the Dustless Boots for an example, only a smallish number of people wanted it but a much smaller number ever found one). Don't sell it cheap, if you want another one in the future it will not be easy to get.

Yeah, traded it though to a friend who has hooked me up big time in past and that is only reason took his offer.
