Actually i simply cant call in ill consider sending a email since im from a different timezone and it would simply cost me to much.

As for most of the replies, they were informative and i understand why the chosen format is being used. However at this time DDO is actually hemmorhaging players, this might be a subjective thing but i see a lot of people leave because of the state of the game, hence id figure this would concern the PODcast as well.
