Free LR Bug And NO Help

I LR my lvl 23 toon on Jul 28 and upon getting to 23 again I find that ive lost 21 epic points in my tree. I have also lost all my explorer areas and can no longer get XP from, kill count, explores, or rares. It will not even keep up on the kills. Then i see that my favor has been put to 0.

I put ticket 1 in when i see ive lost my points, I put ticket 2 i when I notice the explorer area issue, and then a day later I put ticket 3 in when i see my favor says 0. This is my response!!

"This is your 3rd ticket on the same issue. You have also contacted Account Support. At this point, I must warn you that if you submit any other tickets on this issue it will be considered abuse of support. I apologize for the issue you’re having, but it is not something In-Game Support can assist with at this time. Are there any OTHER issues I can address for you?"

My toon That I pay to play and invest points in is now not playable. I have also put several tickets in from the turbine site and 2 bug reports. Yet I still get nowhere but they all keep telling me that its NOT a known issue. LOL i see a post on this from june 29!!


But even a bigger question is why is the free LR still in the game when they know it WILL bug some toons? What is one suppose to do???


@@@@Update after doing a store bought LR on aug 3 its still bugged and unplayable and still no help or support. JUST GREAT!!@@@@

I have known about this bug for some time now. I really want to LR my lvl21 Cleric to fix a couple of small problems, but I know there are issues, so I'll just wait.
