If you're not able to find one, the end reward lists for STK, Tangleroot, Red Fens, and Sharn Syndicate (basically anything that gives BTA end rewards) still gives old-style loot, for now anyway. You can pick up Hide armor while you're at it.
I'm certainly hoping that they add high-end wood lootgen shields (and mithral, adamantine, etc) before they fix those loot tables.

I'm not sure what other places sell them, but one of the vendors on the Isle of Forgotten Dreams (Dreaming Dark area) sells them.
