Yeah, I was pretty stoked to get that Blade of the Priestess with -1 con AND -1 wisdom effects (lowering both fort and will saves with every hit!).
But it doesn't work on hard or elite, since the mobs are stat-drain resistant.
And I don't really need any help on normal, where it does work...
Same with all stat damagers.
I still think they went too far with the Wop and other stat damager Nerf. Jeez how long ago was that now ? 3+ yrs ?
Should give them a 50% resistance or something

Stat damagers HELP players, do you really expect them to make them in anyway better than they are now.
We need to find some way to convince Turbine that not being able to do stat damage is making air elementals too easy to kill. Then they will change stat damage to be more powerful, as that will make it harder to kill air elementals. or, I may need some sleep. maybe.
the stats damage resistance had a place back when WoP would kill the enemy outright upon reaching 0 con
but with the change to 0 con = helpless rather than death, it should have been removed from the game...

to make it easier for those of you that wants to avoid me in game, all my characters are in "Bladesworn Mercenaries"
I've never really understood the point of making something that is basically useless. They should allow trash mobs to take stat damage. Limit it, control it if you must, but they should not be 100% immune.
You could give all the mobs no resistance, but a natural stat regen rate. Cap it x damage. Cap it at n%, make taking stat damage a RR, or whatever works. Just stop making stuff you spent time designing useless. Really puts a drag on flavor.
Not everyone is pursueing an Utilitarian Philosophy.
Some want to do real role playing, and for that "flavour" things are good, too.
Plus, why remove stat damaging things completely when the lowest levels very much benefit from them ?

By this reasoning, they shouldn't produce anything that could possibly help the players (Feats/Enhancements/Loot).
I think YOU are missing the point.
Poison stat damage is supposed to mean something.
If it were not so, they should not have made the changes to Poison Immunity in such a broad scope.
Nor should they have created items which utilize this mechanic which appears broken at higher levels.
That's why there are subtle reminders that you're using sarcasm, such as /sarcasm or
They did neither which led me to believe they were a Turbine-basher upset with where the game was heading but unable to agree on how to fix it.
So they bash an idea because they don't know or care about suggesting an alternative.
Whether or not the above is true is up for debate.
It still does not solve the dilemma others are finding that Stat damage from Poison is obsolete in higher level questing where you find these items.
Like Thrudh said, the areas where they SHOULD be helpful, the items are a wasted slot in your bags.
And on content they ARE useful in you don't need them.
Yeah its kinda sad because it would definately add another dimension to gameplay.
