Differences in named vs lootgen wrap die steps?

Did anyone else notices a difference in the damage die steps between named and lootgen wraps?

With my lvl23 monk I have a 7d6 damage on named wraps (e.g. Tharaak and vampiric stone dust) while having 8d6 on lootgen wraps. I havent tested the damage output since its a bit complicated so i wonder if this is this a visual bug or a real bug?

Do the lootgen wraps have the Absolute Min Level 20 attribute?

If so, they do an extra W damage, as per dev post last week.

Those named wraps are not "epic"

L20+ Lootgen wraps are +1 die step intentionally.

Just got to get some Named Epic Wraps now.....
