Nothing will answer to your question. We don't know, Devs can't tell us. Just wait till it hits Lama or when we have an official word (1 week pre-update usually).

Turbine could push motu/destinies/druid in ddo store now, and bring u15 later. =)

I am jealous of all the people farming shinies in motu.

At least now I can watch some episodes of oshikuru: demon samurai.

U14 is still so horribly broken. The raid is broken. Many ED abilities are still broken. Less things seem to be WAI than things that are broken.

Please, delay U15 as long as it takes to fix all the **** that doesn't work in U14.

Not purposely trying to troll or anything but it seems like it doesnt matter what day they bring the servers down, its a bank holiday in the UK. Seriously tho...if what I've read from other people that complained about the servers going down on a holiday is true than the UK must have like 100+ holidays a year.
