Twist Question

Quick question before I screw myself over:

Say you have a tier 2+ twist of fate slot, and two tier 1s...could you still put a tier 1 ability in the tier 2 slot? Or tier 2 in a tier 3 etc etc...or do you have to plan out EXACTLY what you want?

You can slot a tier 1 in a tier 2. You can also reset your fate points at anytime and repick what you want.
