Staff monk?

All of the builds I've seen have been unarmed, twf monk builds.

Is it not possible to make a good quarterstaff build?

If someone wants to take a go at it, I'm interested in DPS, not tanking, have 32 point builds and all races, and (I guess obviously?) want to use a staff instead of twf unarmed/kama/etc.

Did a bit more searching and see that basically unarmed vastly overpowers the kama or staff options due to several reasons.

If I could figure out how these forums worked I would have deleted this post. Seems to not be an option.

Off the top of my head, 12monk/8fighter, earth stance 3 (extra +1 crit multiplier) & ninja spy for sneak attack etc. fighter PrE can be either stalwart1 or kensai1, race as half orc for consistent damage or half elf with either rogue dilly for sneak atttack or cleric for self healing capabilities.. power attack, cleave, great cleave, 2hf feats then in epic destiny go for legendary dreadnaught which will give you the extra +1 crit range at top tier plus more useful attacks - should be a pretty nice damage-dealer, especially with a rahls, or if you aim for that new spear/stick from the new raid. If overwheling crit gets fixed that'll only help more.
