Default Need Feedback on Ranger/Monk AA

Im lookign for feedback on my Ranger/Monk Elven AA Build. I fully expect lots of tweaking needed to the build but please keep critiscism constructed. My goal with this build is a Ranger/Monk Elven AA, I went wis-based with Zen Archery so i can get a good ranged to hit and also plenty of Ki, SP, Stunning Fist DC etc. This build is for a PD group i will be in so the extra SP will allow me to do some back up healing, and as i always hear a good AA needs to know when to put the bow away. I love the monk Melee style so i thought id try and combine AA and Monk.
    Key Questions:
Does this build have AC potential? DPS potential?
    Does it have enough HP?
Will i be able to hit stuff?

Do the groups you join usually allow for you to have time to use a lot of stealth? Is it mainly for rez stone recovery? Rangers get the jump spell at lvl 1, how many points in jump do you really need?

Halfelf is preferable if you have access.
You need 14 dexterity for 10k stars enhancement (which works with bows).
I prefer 11 ranger/6 monk/3 artificer or 3 rogue (if you have to stay elf)
I'm playing an 11 ranger/6 monk/3 artificer right now but will probably adjust it to 6/6/6 as level 20 is irrelevant to me as I'll just TR again.
    Builds/build discussion in my sig.

Yes, it will be for a PD group.

Thanks for the tips. What would be the reasoning behind 3 rogue for the build? Also if ibump my dex to 14 i can get 10k stars which works for bows as well as shurikens?

I play Ranged toon pretty much exclusively but my character is a Bowbarian so i cant help you first hand.

However their are many many posts of Monkcher builds. Exactly what you are looking for . Try posts by Thrudh and Madmatt amongst others.

The reasoning is that you want a source of sneak attack. Half-elf Rogue Dilettante gives 3d6, Rogue 3 gives 2d6+3; these are exclusive (so elf+rogue or halfelf+artificer). This is available at level 1 and gives you helpful extra damage vs enemies. Trap skills and full UMD are an added bonus.

The issue with 11 ranger is that you want Improved Precise Shot sooner rather than later. For this reason I'd go with 12 monk/6 ranger/2 fighter or artificer halfelf and qualify for IPS with levels/tomes.

Don't bother with tough of death, it's too Ki intensive for an archer.
