new pet bug

Anyone else having issue where your wolf pet has to be re summoned after every challenge?

Pet vitals bar stays but pet is no longer with you. (cant call it to you and cant buff it(i tested that to see if it was just not visible))

Yup, I've been noticing this since the patch. The pet seems to actually be getting stuck inside instances. I was running Sorrowdusk on a druid earlier, finished a quest and went back in for the next, and my pet was still stuck where I'd finished the previous quest. I keep having to dismiss it, then re-summon.
