Default Not sure about a few.....

Sorrowdusk: With exception of part 3 of Grey Moon, the other 3 quests are extremely short imo.

Part 1: 10 mobs on elite i think.
Part 2: Run to shaman holding key, kill! Then what, 5 more mobs?
Part 3: Yes this takes a few min.
Part 4: Invis - run to bridge lever - pull - invis - kill last guy. (1 min max)

Not to mention, the mobs are basic, with exception to hard hitting scorps, there isn't anything that can't be taken out with little to no issue.

Reaver Fate: Has the difficulty been raised? Yes, when it comes to spell dmg from the reaver, the chances of a flawless victory @level is slim, but completion is still near 100%. @ level xp still gives over 1k/min. Not bad for a 1 room raid that doens't require much.

P.S. I understand the importance of XP and balance for quests that may be lacking, but xp isn't everything, unless simply on the mission to reach cap quickly.

On the TR train so may be adding/removing quests.

Added: Smugglers Warehouse. Some nasty traps, a random and potentially long quest mechanic, plenty of shamans and spiders...probably the most difficult/time consuming level 2 quest and 50% would put it right in line with durks/ringleader/info/lighthouse/stealth repo/butchers-still below in xp/min probably but more worth running.

Oh yes, agreed, this one is horrible. Sometimes you get lucky, most of the time you don't... and sometimes you get unlucky - either because the Smuggler's Gem took too long to spawn or because you overlooked a hard-to-see breakable - and have to comb the entire dungeon again.

Frame Work and Blockade Buster, however, should give a VERY large optional XP for the stealthy optional (Don't ring alarms). Right now, doing it stealthly is worth for the xp/minute, not the optional.
I guess I just zerg framework straight to the end fight...all the trash on the way resets if it's pulled too far...with dimension door it makes for very easy 5 minute completions. I just figured since it would take so much longer to clean house with all the trash (not to mention a caster won't have the resources since there's just so much and you can't pull too many into a group before they reset) the last optional for getting it all could use a boost. And if it gave like 70% xp, that would be 150% of the base total, or about 6k. It takes probably around 120-130 kills to do that since not everything is a minotaur, so add on aggression bonus, at best, it's a 7k bonus over stealth and no mino optionals. Imo it's an appropriate bonus for spending that much extra time in a level 12 quest.

There really is no downside to this. People will level faster, TR faster, and probably by True Hearts more often, the ones who XP pot will still XP pot, lesser run packs will get more sales.

actually in that one every 3 slayer objectives complete amounts to about 1k exp so you can add an additional 3-4k to your exp bar. So at least you have exp to be had if boss fight ever fails.

    Default Sentinels of Stormreach

Didn't read through everything but I have to mention the Sentinels quests. They xp is quite a bit below the difficulty of the quests. They could use a good bump imo.

They really, really, really, need to make the base quest XP dynamic - over time, it ticks up 10% (say, once every 10-30 minutes), up to a ceiling, and every time someone completes it, it drops down again by 10%, back down to a floor.

This is essentially auto-balancing (except for Korthos quests) - quests that aren't run very often because the XP is low will have their XP grow over time, and become more attractive. And then as people run it more, it will dip down again, until it's in a fairly stable range.

Since you can't prevent others from going in, it would be difficult (if not impossible) to game it very much. Maybe my numbers are off, but the point remains.
