Default Spell Power Items not right

Problem with Implement bonus and symbol of Lolth.
(sorry if thread title is misleading but I can't change it now)

First of all, I love the new hover-over feature for spell power.
    It is very useful.

Anyway, when I have sword, blue dragonscale and holy symbol of lolth equipped for Spell Power it lists:

    acid 67
    cold 67
    elec 67
    fire 127
    force 117
    light 197
    neg 197
    pos 147
    repair 67
    sonic 67

I then switch to a heal stick (devotion 108/implement 15) my SpPw is the same except pos becomes 203

But when I switch back to sword my SpPw is 15 less then at start across the board.

Obviously the holy symbol of Lolth's implement bonus is not returned when it has been replaced and then the replacement removed.
If you re-equip the symbol it returns to original values.

I noticed the same thing also.

On top of that, the Sp granted for the Angel of Vengance prestige (For Untyped) doesn't seem to be applying.

I saw that as well but figured that A of V boosts untyped/physical but not actual 'force' spells so it is not displayed although, hopefully, it is applied.

(whereas 'force' boost AP and impulse items boost physical/untyped as well as actual force spells and therefore would be listed on the display)

On the list, only force seems to qualify for that bonus. No doubt it will fixed in Update 27.

My Epic Sacred Band/Helm claims to add +90 to healing spell power but adds NOTHING. Doesn't display any added value in my char sheet post patch today and my healing spellpower is unmoved by my own testing whether the items are on or off.

Just checking: do you have any other Devotion item (or other Spell Power item) equipped that's > +90? If so, that could be one explanation. Epic Band/Helm set is pretty meh now, you can find higher Devotion on a lootgen scepter/qstaff on the AH or at the weapon vendor in Eveningstar if you're lucky (like I was)

that epic set was always pretty meh but the highest ive found other than that is only 112 healing spell power, and no, i dont have anything else that adds to that value. the nice part was that i could use any weapon for DPS i wanted and still have my spell power bonus on my gear. anyways, just did a little bit of testing and im 99.9% positive that it just plain isnt functioning. it might be because the description says "healing spell power" instead of "positive spell power" and so it is adding to a value that doesnt exist. im not sure. but either way - i worked hard for that stuff pre-expansion, when grinding epic gear was a pain. now, its not even that theres better, more easily obtainable gear out there, my gear just plain doesnt work!

just found my answer - all set bonuses that add to spellpower are non-functioning and will be fixed in u15.

this is why i dropped my vip this is just too much BS for me to pay for monthly.

    Thanks for info.
    Good to know.

    Too bad for the helm.

I mean, using two slots to get what you get is pretty weak.

But that helmet sure does look good.

Helmets for me are like shoes for Lady Gaga; If it looks good then I can forgive impracticality.
