OK I have a low level druid, can someone confirm if at cap you can wildshape into a small dragon, as well as list the benefits for doing so as well as the benefits for water and fire elementals.

no, you can only shift in wolf, bear, fire and water elemental

You mean a Druid doesn't get the capstone ability to turn into anything else? I was hoping for Gene Shalit myself.

OK so what are the effects to going into fire or water elemental forms?
