Was Improved Sunder actually changed?

Since I just dropped improved sunder temporarily, I can't test this myself.

Improved Sunder feat had several components:

-3 fortitude save (always landed, even on failure)
-10% fortification (when successful)
-5 AC (when successful)

However, the feat description and debuff in examine has been changed. The fortification is no longer included. The AC debuff and fortitude save debuff are intact for sure.

Can anyone verify whether the -10% fortification is still working? Thanks.

This nerf would be a major change for many of the people who took this feat as a raid boss debuffer. It would take this from nearly mandatory for heavy melees to a niche quivering palm helper feat.

the -2 fortitude icon still appears upon a successful connecting blow

the -fortification -5 ac icon still appears upon a successful fort fail

now are these effects actually applying? I haven't tested it in PVP so I am not entirely sure but it appears to be functioning correctly

Tested in PVP. Applied -10% fortification on successful sunder and -3 stacking fort debuff.
