I know many people who use their 'friends panel' when squelching someone to write up the notes on person they're squelching. This is less than perfect solution, but it works. Sometimes I wish I could write comments on my ignore list, like, list of alts of target person, or reason he's got squelched, and 'expiration date' of squelch (when the player can get a 2nd chance). Also, I'd love the ability to export/import squelch lists to a text file, so that i can share it in between characters/accounts. Or send it to a friend/guildie for blacklist merge.
So. I'd like to get a Ignore Tab in my Social Panel, functioning similarly to friends panel, but instead of login/logout messages when a 'friend' logs on, it would give me complete blackout of incoming messages from players on the list.
In short, add an ignore panel so that I could put someone on it, or so that someone can put me on it.
With amount of player-to-player negativity present in any MMO where things can go pear-shaped, I believe this idea will have more backing than some ideas that would actually help the gameplay. Although, it's a completely different story, isn't it?
