Have you run the quest since the update? Drop rate upped to like 50% and quest is easier on epic than running normal at lvl. These two facts together means the market is going to be flooded with red scales and the price is going to go down. Add to the fact that the new challenge can drop these and I would say he is overpricing red scales.

650>#<550 kpp is the general posted price since U14 minus the 30% AH cut... do the math.

my tendency is to say what is not well, such exchange item for TP ... or sell items at absurd cost with the claim appears to cost ridiculous ...
