Looking for a High dps twf build.(no wraps)

Hello, I'm looking for a potential max dps twf build for my third life, currently im an exploiter ranger and after the new expansion and AC changes its not as good. I'm just looking for the optimial class and race combination for max dps. Something to keep in mind is that I have lit2 khopeshes so I don't wana make dwarven axes.

Without knowing your past lives I would say pure kensai helf or horc!

But if I were to make a 36 pt TWF build right now I would make a paladin and splash him with 2 lvls of monk for leveling and lr +2 to fighter or rogue at lvl 20 and twist a haste boost

Probably pure half-elf Kensai w/rogue dilly for 3D6 SA. Base stats: max STR, DEX 15 + 2 tome for ITWF/GTWF (or base 14 + 3 tome), CON 16, any leftover pts wherever you like.

Feats: Toughness, TWF x3, khopesh (duh), WF/WS/GWS/GWF/SWF:Slash (Kensai pre-reqs), IC:Slash, Power Atk/Cleave/GC (pre-reqs for), OC:Slash (epic), with 5 left over. I'd use them for Imp Sunder, Stunning Blow, Precision, Power Crit (now a +2 Seeker bonus), and...hrm, I'd like to add a second epic feat, but I'm blanking on what.
