I'm Warchanter II and I got +4 Deathblock Densewood Buckler of Stability.
From everything I found on DDOWIKI it should have ASF 5%, but it have no ASF.
Does anyone can tell me from where this ASF reduction comes from. Is it because of densewood, a bard, a buckler, a bug?

I believe Buckler has 0% ASF.
Check out Geoffhanna's blog in MyDDO, he did a rundown on new shields.
