If you summon them with the spell, you're a druid, you get scimitar proficiency.

Flameblades are scimitars which a druid has proficiency with. Possibly TWF'ing penalties might apply (-4 attack mainhand, -8 attack offhand), oversized penalties (-2/-2) and offhand (half stat modifier for offhand weapon). Not sure which if any/all apply.

I was referring to the TWF portion, I have no feats for TWF but im not losing attack bonus

P.S. And i meant Mass CSW . if I'm understanding it right it will be a great ability to buff everyone with as often as possible, unless there is something preventing that.

As other have said a druid casting the spell shouldn't get a non-proficiency icon. Are you using the active past life? don't know anything about that.

Spring resurgence is awesome when you get it, you can totally keep yourself alive through whole quests just using that. It doesn't scale though, and a free ~100 HP when you hit 50% is a lot less impressive at 20+.

Devotion/potency doesn't affect it's damage, but healing amp does, so possibly a high amp build could still get a lot of millage out of it at 20+. I have 20% (human) + 15% (crown of summer) +30% (PDK gloves) +10% (ship) and it's pretty unimpressive at 23, still worth hitting, but not something you can depend on.

It also doesn't seem to respond to all kinds of damage. I've definitely had it not go off before, but I haven't been able to precisely what causes it to not work.

Also, "spam" is a strong word. It's not going to keep up in anything I would consider a "high damage" situation (with the possible exception of some specific high HP, very high healing amp build).

Interesting, I actually have the 2WF feats, so I can't test it. Probably a bug, but no need to report that one right away the Devs have enough to worry about

You know I haven't specifically tested it, but AFICT from casual play the AoE aspect doesn't work. It would also dangerous to try to rely it when there is significant incoming damage. You're basically hovering around 50%, which means you're not using half of your HP buffer, and most people aren't going to have the kind of amp you owuld need to make it shine.
