Rare Artificer Scrolls

I expected this to be covered in the forums, but either I am missing something basic about using the search feature, or it is not, so I am going to ask it.

The ddowiki page has a lot of good information about which scrolls can be purchased from a vendor, what I want to know is, of the remaining spells that can not be purchased in scroll form, is there a list somewhere of spells that never drop as a scroll and have to be taken as level ups? I am trying to grasp this, because I made a couple mistakes when I leveled my Artificer to level 11 in regards to spell selection, so I want to make sure I get every spell into my spell book that I can with the remaining level ups, and to that point I want a list of the spells that I MUST take at level up to work against.

DDO Wiki gives you the Art spells that can't be purchased:

It also shows you the spells that don't exist as scrolls at all, although this is primarily level 5 and 6 spells.

That is the web page on ddowiki that I was referencing in my OP, but I don't see where on there it tells me which ones can not be found as scroll drops, and hence must be taken as level up spells. Can you help me interperate this?

As far as I know, there aren't any artificer spells that are only available at level up. Back in update 11, there was no scroll drop for Deadly Weapons, but that was changed by update 12.
