Precision worth it for Artificers?

As the subject says, is Precision worth considering for Arts these days?

I know ranged combat is buggy right now but that aside, always-on +5% to hit and -25% enemy fort seem like a no-brainer.

This does prevent you from using Archer's Focus but in my relatively limited experience with the Artificer, I rarely stand around that long. I am thinking about taking Precision to test and see which I like better.

Precision can be used simultaneously with Archer's Focus or IPS; it's AF & IPS which are mutually exclusive stances.

Anyone ever try a tanking DoD wearing WF arty utilizing precise shot, addy body and DR, archers focus, rune arms, ring of the master artificer, torc, conc opp etc...?

I don't really mean like boss tanking, I just mean a stationary machine gun turret
