Combat stances - heroic and epic destiny

Does anyone know whether the combat stance in heroic destinys are mutually exclusive with ordinary stances? I'm thinking particularly of the defender stances with those available in Unyielding Sentinel - can you have the defender stance going and also be in one of the stances from sentinel? Thanks

You can have more than once stance on at a time....i.e. you can be in your prest. class stance (DoS Stance), Combat Ex or Power Attack, and the epic class stance all that the same time. You can't have more than one epic class stance active at any time though.
