Crafting with Stone of Change

Are the recipes bugged? I put in 4 shards for a level two item. Didn't work.
Put a stack of 100 in ... didn't work
Put in a stack of 1000 and it ate 400.

I can't get in game help with the ticket as the third field does not open. Is this a known bug? Why does your in game support not allow me to post a ticket. I don't appreciate paying for a game that doesn't have good support and is constantly bugged with long standing problems from gear earned in game but "store" items work fine.

The bugs are really getting annoying. I can't turn in half my collectibles. I can't bind gear. I can't report bugs in game. What is going on?

Interesting. I wasn't able to bind anything yesterday. Tried a weapon and some boots with more than enough shards (min level 4 items should need 16 shards and I tried with over 100). Just got some message that the Stone of Change didnt do anything.

Some items are just taking 400 flat. If it was a crafted item (or possibly even craftable, challenge rewards etc) it will have an indeterminate minimum level, so it will take the 400 which any item with no minimum level takes.

I'm having the same problem. Even items that haven't been crafted and have a min level are taking 400 KDF to bind at the Stone of Change. I tried binding Feather Falling Boots to me (min level 5) with 97 fragments, and wouldn't work. Also tried an item that was only min level 3, still didn't work. My guild leader gave me over 500 fragments and I tried again w/ the boots, took 400.
