Not really a destiny issue, but an epic feat issue...this seemed the most appropriate place.

Is the fact that inspire excellence does not stack with exceptional stats (e.g. exceptional stat +1 on ToD rings) working as intended, or is this a bug? It would seem silly if working as intended, as most people tend to plan out their stats to be even, making this feat provide essentially only providing half the benefit.
