Default DEVS: Missing Pets addressed in 14.2?

    Dear Devs,

I'm beseeching your help in confirming an issue.

Just to refresh your memories; with Update 14, many cosmetic pets have gone missing from the stable after the update was applied. Of my stable of pets, the only thing remaining was the red Flesh render that has been summoned on the character that I was actively playing at that period of time. All 3 collectors edition pets, the snow wolf Stone of XP pet, and the 3 collector's edition collars are missing. Other players have documented their issues in this thread: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=379791

After initially noticing the issue, I filed an in-game ticket, spent 20 minutes chatting with a rep to help diagnose the issue. I was told "Thank you for helping us diagnose the issue", but offered no resolution to the problem.

Subsequent tickets are closed immediately with "contact account management" boilerplate. (When I was in tech-support years ago, we called this 'a punt'.)

E-mails to the Account management team have gone unanswered after days of waiting.

PMs to Tolero, and (while ill, and surly) bringing up the issue again in threads that Cordovan's helping promote the Cube give away (lashing out at him in a manner I am now ashamed, and wish to publicly apologize for), have also not given an update on the issue.

I just called 855-WBGAMES and spoke to a polite gentleman who is saying "we hope to have this addressed in the patch next week". Yet there's nothing in the Lammania release notes about this. The only pet related release note is about collars not appearing to others.

Can you confirm or deny that this issue is addressed in 14.2?

TL;DR: Phone support is telling people this is fixed in the patch. Is that True or False?
