Help new build WF FvS 28 Points

WF FvS have been hit very hard this update and I have actually shelved mine until it becomes clear what is happening with them. Also the fact that the easiest to obtain decent weapon for them (Terror) got nerfed enormously doesn't help either.

I did FvS Laser but when i do nimbus or heal it says : you ability score is too low. Can somebody help me?

You need 10+Spell Level CHR to cast a spell, so to cast, say, a first level spell you need 11 = 10+1 CHR.
Now this works on your adjusted CHR score (as displayed on your character sheet ('C') so includes base CHR and +X CHR items, Ship Buffs, Tomes, etc.

I am therefore guessing you didn't put many points into CHR as so have below the minimum of 11 CHR needed for first level spells at present . If you get a +CHR item or one that casts Eagle's Splendour, that should work.
