Defensive Fighting Stance and Innate Attack Re-use Duration

I've noticed that the innate attacks while in Bear form seem to not drop Defensive Fighting stance, but it seems that their re-use duration numbers almost double. I haven't seen anywhere this is listed as a side effect of the stance and was wondering if it was working as intended or a bug?

Defensive stances, including combat expertise and normal defensive stance, were changed to have a 3x cooldown modifier on spells. This includes druid innate spells as well as normal casted spells. For this reason generally not a good idea to have it on a druid tank unless you are willing to take the extra cooldown time.
