Default I can't figure out my Aura

It has really been inconsistent since the update. I'm lvl 19/1 Cleric Fighter. A couple of nights ago, my aura was clicking on me at 37 per click and was very consistent. I solo'd a couple of quests and it was alway 37 with an occasional crit.

I go into solo EPIC Norm Lords of Dust, and is still clicking at 37 for the whole quest. I get to the end, Kill the Skellies and Gnomon and it continues to click at 37. I fight the Drow (Forget his name) it still clicks at 37. I get him down to about 1% and he kills me (Fortunately, My Panther finished him off). I res, and now my Aura is clicking at 28.

OK, empower heal (The only Meta magic I have at this time, gonna change that) must be turned off, Nope that is not the problem. Ship buffs gone, that must be the problem. I rebuff, Nope that is not the problem. Maybe some gear is broken, Nope that is not the problem. Maybe I accidentally switched out of some gear at some point, Nope that is not the problem. There are no negitive effects showing on my character (No Disease, no poison, not curse, nothing, no neg levels or neg stats, Touch of death expired....).So I log off and go to bed a little frustrated.

Log on the next day, do nothing extra and now it is clicking at 33. OK thats better, but why not 37? I go off and solo another quest, use a rest shrine, and whammo, my Aura starts clicking at 37.

For the life of me, I can't figure out what is going on. Is this bugged?

I'd need to know your gear setup to determine anything evildoings going on.

May not be able to help but I can tell you what my aura will hit for and what I get mine to hit me for.

    Cleric 20/Epic 5 (Exalted Angel 5)

    CL: 28 (20 Cleric + 6 Exalted Angel + 2 Radiant Servant II)
    Points on base aura: 9

    Healing Spell Power:

    80 Heroic Enhancements
    30 Epic Enhanements
    90 Devotion Alchemical
    15 Implement Bonus
    75 Empower Healing

    290 total bonus
    100 Base bonus

    3.9 bonus multiplier

    35.1/tick

Last time I did this math, I realized that Radiant Servant II was acting as a 25% bonus, as a multiplier, rather than as spell power, as it used to effectively be. Now, I do not know if this is still true.

    With it being true:

    43.875

    With it being another addition:

    37.35

Really depends on what it is counted as.

BYOH. Know it, abide by it, or don't mess with those who do.

Spell Power, surprise surprise, is not working correctly. Priorities being what they are, they had to fix ship buffs, nothing more than an extra layer of protection that's only required if you're playing something way over level or are gimped hard, rather than part of the base game.

When you die, you take negative levels, so the reduced caster level might explain it. Also, the healing amp ship buff probably has something to do with the difference.

When you die, you have to re-equip any item that grants spell power for it to take effect.

This is also frequently true of fortification.
