After ransacking Epic Hard it took at least another dozen epic normals to get my ring thankfully its about the best that I could hope for. For those of you farming the matron chest it really does drop just takes a long time.

It's the same as is on Spare Hand so with that ring you can free your Belt slot but on a monk I'd prefer it in belt slot to keep a ToD ring in ring slot ...
