Sneak broken in epic claw? (and elsewhere?)

I just tried to sneak through epic claw on my rogue, as I have MANY many times - even after U14 (but not since patch 1, until today). I was both in sneak mode and invisible, and everything saw me - everything. It was as if sneak was not working at all.
And before you say it, my hide/ms was at an 83 - and like I said, this is something I have done hundreds of times before on the same toon. Did U14 patch 1 break sneak also? Has anyone else experienced this? So far I have only seen this happpen in epic claw (though come to think of it, this may explain why I had been spotted in the new quests a few times). What is up?

I was able to sneak appropriately through ehClaw yesterday.

Ran ehClaw and eeClaw on the 11th (after patch) with no stealth bugs.

I was able to sneak fine in Heroic Normal Coalescence Chamber. Fun to bluff pull mobs while they're still sleeping and have them arrive at your feet alone and still asleep.

Been doing it several times a day just using invis, no issues here.

Is it possible they _heard_ you vs. _saw_ you? I ask because I have forgotten move silently in the past.
