TR/Epic Levels Question(s)

Was reviewing the release notes again today for MotU. I also just got my first two characters to level 21. This got me thinking about what would happen if I would TR a 20+ level character. In particular, this point was of great interest:

Epic Experience required to level is identical for all characters, regardless of number of True Reincarnations. If a character's Heroic level drops below 20 (for example, through True Reincarnation), Epic advancement and all benefits related to it are suppressed. When the character reaches Heroic level 20 again, they will be returned.

Does this mean that after I TR and get back to level 20 that I return to my previous epic levels (both Level and Destiny)?

Not sure this is clear enough so a concrete example:
Character just got to Epic level 21. I am mid-way through Epic Destiny Level 21. I then TR. Upon reaching the cap for Heroic levels, do I immediately return to Epic level 21 and being mid-way through Epic Destiny Level 21?

If anyone has experience with this and would be up for sharing the results, I'd love to hear what happened.

No.

No.

Yes.

Epic Destiny progress is saved through TRs, like Crafting XP is. Normal level progression from 20-25 is not saved. If you are going to TR repeatedly, then don't bother getting level 21.
