In case anyone wants to know where to farm this up for yourself, there's a Water Elemental that is suitable for the task in Undermine on Elite.
Lord of Eyes on Elite also has Water Elementals that will work. I don't know if Hard or Normal will provide appropriate Water Elementals, but I know that Elite will.
