Spinner of Shadows Reward Cinematic

Nice and neat for the first time we watch it.

Now can you devs give us players, some option to disable that? People often tend to repeat this quest, either for xp, loot or just for fun, and it gets very very boring have to watch until the very last second of the cinematic only to get the end reward.

Before U14, this could be achieved pressing Esc key while in the cinematic, but why was this disabled?

Don't assume people are buying the expansion only because players watch this video every single time.

Not true. It totally escapes you from the cinematic like it would any other dialog.

You got me on that...

I was refering to the cancelation of the cinematic WITH the ability to pick the end reward. ESC key really does the job of cutting off the animation but does not provide the reward select dialog.

Noticed that too. I will try the other suggestions next time I get around to running that quest again, thanks for the post and the workarounds all.

I think it still says "preorder" the expansion too.

Hit C, that'll get you out of it without closing the end reward dialog.

Also yes, it still entices one to preorder today!

That is confirmed, I checked today twice. I used the ENTER key and it canceled the cinematic, and got me straight to end reward dialog.

They could have kept the ESC key too, players don't guess these invisible changes...
