PM neg energy questions

Are the negative energy spells not increased by items at all? because i just put on the PM set, and my death auras and neg bursts are exactly the same :/

How much spell power does the set give and what other negative energy spell power items are you wearing.

Im not using Pm set because is useless if you already have a nullification 90 stick. Same for other set..get a stick with 9% or 12 % and 0.5. Set is useless.

if you are talking about some epic item: not there yet
if you are not talking about some epic item: staff of the petitioner= more valuable in combo

i am not wearing any other power items period, which is why i find it odd the damage is not increasing
